Frequently asked questions

Is the deposit paid online?

Yes. A session of 2 hours or more asks for a 25% deposit by default when booking, paid by card; it shows on the client’s file and is deducted from the final invoice.

Can I have the consent signed before the session?

Yes. The consent and health form are filled out online; what needs your attention shows on the client’s file.
