Do my clients need an account?

No. They book, confirm and move their appointment with a personal link, no password.

Can clients see the before and after photos?

No. They stay on the file, visible only to your team, unless you choose to share them.

Can I charge for a no-show?

Yes. You write your cancellation policy and your fee; the client accepts them when booking, and Kitobiz reminds you to bill the fee when you mark her as a no-show.
