Does Kitobiz handle my permits or my RBQ licence?

No. Kitobiz helps you track permits and inspections and shows your licence number; the applications and your obligations with the RBQ remain on your side.

Does the client need an account to approve a change order?

No. They receive a personal link by email, read the change and its price, then approve it with their name, no password.
