Do your events live in your emails, your texts and a notebook?
- The final guest count arrives the day before, if it arrives at all.
- A severe allergy is noted in an email the kitchen never saw.
- You forget to bill the 12 guests added at the last minute.
- The rented equipment comes back late, or not at all.
From the request to the thank-you after the event
- 1
Receive the request
Through your card, your mini site with your menus and its estimator, or a form: date, guests, venue and allergies land in the same place.
- 2
Send the quote
A per-guest quote, with a deposit at signing. Once accepted, the event is created on the client's file.
- 3
Get the final count
A few days before, the client receives a link to confirm the number of guests and the allergies. Their answer is added to the event.
- 4
Prepare and serve
Kitchen sheet, delivery sheet, allergy sheet, equipment checklist and buffet labels, ready to print. The day after, a thank-you and a review request.

Frequently asked questions
Does Kitobiz handle my MAPAQ permit?
No. Your permit and your food safety obligations remain yours. You can add your permit number to your mini site's footer. If in doubt, check with Québec's ministère de l'Agriculture, des Pêcheries et de l'Alimentation.
Can I rely on the allergies?
Kitobiz shows what the client entered, in red on the kitchen and service sheets. Always confirm a severe allergy directly with the client, and don't serve a dish when in doubt.
Does the client need an account to give the final count?
No. They receive a personal link by email and answer in a minute, without a password.
Is it free to start?
Yes, you can create your account for free. The paid plans are presented in the pricing section.
