The tool for trainers who want full workshops without paperwork

You create a workshop or a cohort with its dates and places; participants sign up and pay on your card. You check attendance, the evaluation goes out on its own and everyone gets their certificate. Kitobiz is designed in Montréal for small businesses, including trainers.

Does organizing a workshop take longer than leading it?

  • Sign-ups arrive by email, Messenger and text.
  • You no longer know how many places are left.
  • The attendance sheet is done by hand.
  • Certificates and evaluations are prepared one by one.

From sign-up to certificate

  1. 1

    The workshop

Its dates, places and price: sign-ups open on your card, in person or online.

  2. 2

    The sign-ups

Each participant pays when signing up; the workshop closes when full.

  3. 3

    The day

The attendance sheet to print, or attendance checked in one click.

  4. 4

    After the training

The evaluation goes out the next day, with the certificate for those who attended at least 80% of the hours.

Frequently asked questions

Is the certificate recognized for Québec’s 1% law?

The certificate shows the training, the dates and the hours attended. For a training to count under the 1% law, other rules apply (approval of the training organization, for example): check with the Commission des partenaires du marché du travail.

Can I give trainings online?

Yes. Check “Online” when creating the workshop: sign-up works the same way, and you send the virtual class link to the participants.

Is it free to start?

Yes, you can create your account for free. The paid plans are presented in the pricing section.
