Does Kitobiz calculate GST and QST?

Yes. You enter your taxes in your business settings and they are added to your quotes and invoices. Tax rates and rules can change: when in doubt, check with Revenu Québec or your accountant.

Can my clients pay online?

Yes, once you connect your Stripe account: every invoice then includes a secure payment link. You can also record payments received by transfer, cheque or cash.

Do reminders go out on their own?

Kitobiz prepares the reminders for unpaid invoices, then you review them before they are sent. You stay in control of the tone and the timing.
