Do my suppliers need to use Kitobiz?

No. You enter their contact details and send them the run of show sheet as a PDF. They have nothing to install.

Does the client need an account to approve the run of show?

No. They receive a personal link by email, review the day and click to approve it or ask for a change, without a password.

Does Kitobiz pay my suppliers?

No. Kitobiz tracks what you owe them and reminds you of the balances to pay; payments are made on your side, according to your agreements with them.
